We take great pleasure in inviting you to this year's school production of Shakespeare's Shorts. Shakespeare's Shorts is made up of three abridged versions of some of Shakespeare's most well-known and loved plays:
- Twelfth Night (a comic tale of mistaken identity and love triangles)
- Macbeth (full of murder, deceit and betrayal)
- A Midsummer Night's Dream (fairies, humans and practical jokes a plenty)
Each play will last approximately 30 minutes, all the shorts have a different cast and particular style of performance/staging so you will be in for an entertaining evening full of comedy and tragedy! The production will be performed by students from Years 7 to 12 and will take place on Wednesday 7th February and Thursday 8th February in the Main Hall, starting at 6:30 pm. The doors will open at approximately 6:10 pm and refreshments can be purchased beforehand and during the interval. All the students have been working extremely hard and hope that you will be able to join them in what will be a fantastic evening.
Tickets are £6 per adult and £4 for students and can be purchased on this page for the Wednesday night performance. Shakespeare's Shortsis suitable for 6+ years old.
